Regulatory Framework

TERMS & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Effective Date: January 1, 2025 | TeranovaLogic Cloud IT Infrastructure

1. PRIVACY POLICY (GDPR COMPLIANT) REGULATION EU 2016/679

TeranovaLogic ("Company", "We", "Our") operates cloud-based video hosting, edge transcoding, and streaming content delivery infrastructure headquartered at Calle Mayor, 8, 44001 Teruel, España.

We collect personal telemetry and registration data exclusively for providing enterprise media bandwidth, user authentication, security logs, and SLA monitoring.

Data Collected

  • Account identification details (Name, Corporate Email, Billing Address).
  • Streaming telemetry (Client IP addresses, video bitrates, CDN egress logs).
  • System metadata uploaded via infrastructure contact requests.

Your GDPR Rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, clients have the right to inspect, modify, export, or request immediate deletion of all server logs and telemetry data associated with their account by contacting [email protected].

2. TERMS OF SERVICE & INFRASTRUCTURE ACCESS

By accessing TeranovaLogic's low-latency streaming endpoints, API keys, or GPU edge clusters, you agree to abide by these infrastructure terms.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Clients are strictly prohibited from transmitting unlawful content, unauthorized media copy-protected streams without copyright clearance, or executing distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our CDN edge nodes.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for securing your corporate API tokens and ingest keys. Any bandwidth egress fees accrued through compromised credentials remain the financial responsibility of the account holder.

3. COOKIE & TRACKING POLICY

TeranovaLogic uses essential browser storage items (`localStorage` and functional session cookies) to maintain stream settings, routing metrics, and navigation preferences across session restarts.

Persistent Cookie Elements Used:

teranova_cookie_consent: Stores preference state for compliance notification.

stream_session_id: Encrypted telemetry marker for low-latency ingest balancing.

4. REFUND & SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

Due to the fixed compute resources reserved for GPU video transcoding nodes and edge bandwidth capacity, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once allocated.

Uptime Credits

In the event that TeranovaLogic fails to deliver the guaranteed 99.99% monthly infrastructure availability SLA for your cluster, account credits will be applied proportionally to your next billing cycle upon verification by our Operations Center at Calle Mayor, 8, 44001 Teruel, España.
